- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Page views, session duration, referral source, and general geographic region. IP addresses are anonymized. No cross-site tracking.
- Server logs: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Retained for 30 days for security purposes.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment card details directly — all payments are processed by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your requested AI Visibility Score or audit report
- To schedule and conduct discovery calls
- To provide ongoing AEO services to clients
- To send service-related communications (report delivery, call confirmations)
- To improve our services and website based on aggregated usage analytics
We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose unrelated to delivering the services you requested.

- Google Workspace — email and document storage for client work.

- Stripe — payment processing (we never see your full card details).
- Calendly / booking tool — scheduling discovery calls.
We do not share data with any AI training companies, data brokers, or advertising platforms.
6. Data Retention
- Audit request data: Retained for 12 months, then deleted unless you become a client.
- Client data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years for legal and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
